Susan Carpenter is all about family, Whether it be yours or hers!

I was born and raised just 45 minutes from Batesville in Searcy, Arkansas. I married a native boy and we've made Batesville our home since 1977. We have two children, Amy and Chris, who are both graduates of Batesville High School. I can personally testify to the quality of our local school system.

I received my real estate license in 1978 and have been selling Independence County ever since. It's not hard to sell an area that offers low crime, great schools, beautiful scenery, and some of the friendliest people you'll meet anywhere.

In order to gain more knowledge and better serve my customers, I completed my GRI and CRS designations. But the course that changed my career the most was the intense Floyd Wickman's "SweatHogs" program. There I learned how to help my customers sell their homes faster and for the most money. Something I would love to share with you.

So, what do I do when I'm not selling real estate? I have two grandchildren that are the love of my life. You won't have to ask to see their photos because I'll show you anyway. I also love to play cards. I've been in the same bridge club for over 15 years. They are part of my extended family.
